We're looking for motivated, compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technician—and we'll support you every step of the way. We believe great Behavior Technicians are developed, not just hired. Paid training, no prior experience required.

From $17 per hourSanford, NCFull-time, Part-time · In person

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with clients to implement behavior intervention plans
  • Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Collect data and track progress
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including BCBAs
  • Build positive, impactful relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

  • Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-rewarding field
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
